1. Return Conditions

To ensure customer satisfaction, we allow returns within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. However, to be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unopened and unused (especially for products like Types of Mushroom Growing Embryos).
  • Be returned in its original condition, including packaging and tags.
  • Be the exact product originally purchased (with no signs of replacement or use).

2. Non-Returnable Products

Some products cannot be returned under our policy, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used, such as Mushroom Growing Embryos after the growing process has started.
  • Mushroom Gifts that have been personalized at the customer’s request.
  • Identification Guides that have been opened or used.

3. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@rlivor.xyz within 14 days of receiving the product. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack the Product: Ensure that the product is carefully packed in its original packaging (if possible), along with all accessories and documentation included.
  3. Return the Product: Once we confirm your return request, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or an error on our part.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions, you will receive a full refund for the product price. Please note that:

  • The refund processing time may take 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that you used to make the original purchase.

5. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for an exchange or refund with no shipping charges.
