Shiitake Balsamic vinaigrette

  • 3 cups canola oil
  • ½ cup sesame oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup pink wine
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup shoyu (soy sauce)
  • ½ cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 2-3 cups dried Shiitake mushrooms, chopped/ground into small gadgets (about twice the size of a peppercorn. If a number of of it can get ground into powder alongside one of the simplest ways, all the upper!)

Combine all elements in a vessel which may be shaken with out leaking. Then shake that pet! Allow to sit down down for 24 hours to make sure that the Shiitakes to swell up and distribute their style all by the mix. Serve over salad or as a dip for raw greens.
